Guide
Surge is a mid-range dealer whose juice splits in two on contact, a growth brawler upgraded in stages by his Super. He is weak early but grows stronger with each upgrade, so the core is surviving early to stack upgrades. His split shots poke clusters well.
His Super upgrades him in stages: tier 1 move speed, tier 2 range, tier 3 stronger splits. But getting killed resets the upgrades, so once grown, not dying is crucial. A fully upgraded Surge has top-tier range and mobility.
Use the Power Surge gadget to reposition or Power Shield for survival, while the To The Max star power, which starts at tier 2, greatly reduces his early weakness. He is strong on Gem Grab and Knockout maps where he can hold his growth.
