Sam is a melee bruiser who is much stronger with his knuckle busters equipped. He deals burst with a powerful two-hit combo while gloved, so the cycle of recovering the gloves with his Super is the core of his firepower. Balanced mobility and health suit hit-and-run.
His Super throws rocket knuckles that pierce enemies in the path, and on re-use the knuckles return, hitting enemies again. Recovering thrown knuckles to return to the buffed state is key, and the two passes also allow poke. Knuckle handling decides his strength.
Use the Magnetic Field or Pulse Repellent gadgets to pull knuckles or release a pulse as needed, while the star power is a choice between Hearty Recovery to heal or Remote Charge to aid knuckle recovery. He is strong on Gem Grab and Brawl Ball maps with frequent close fights.
